1: Are you manufacturer?
A：Yes, we have our own factory and trade team. Can supply you the most Professional technical support and The best service.
2: What is the different of 30%melamine and 100%melamine?
A: 30%melamine is including 30%melamine+70%urea,which we can not guarantee it must can pass food grade test, if you need the products pass the food grade test,we recommend you do 100%melamine.
3: What is your bamboo products composition?
A: Bamboo Fiber: 35% ；Corn Powder: 30% ；Wood Fiber (pulp): 5% ；Melamine Resin : 29.5% ；Food grade color powder: 0.5%
4: Please advise if these plates are dishwasher safe?
A：Melamine dinnerware are dishwasher safe and not recommend use in microwave.
5: Where do you buy your raw material?
A：We buy the raw materials from Taiwan capital (QUANZHOU QUANGANG HUAFU MIAN RESINE CO.,LTD),which price is higher than other factory(about 3%),they have strong self-checking system(please find attached business license).
